How ConversationToText works

1. 1Upload your audio. We instantly see how long your recording is and show the price upfront — no surprises afterwards.
2. 2Pay per use. No subscription, no account, no password. One payment, done.
3. 3We convert it. Your audio is processed in the memory of our servers — never on a hard drive, never in a database. As soon as the text is ready, the audio file is deleted immediately and irreversibly.
4. 4Report optional. Want more than a raw transcript? Have a summary with key points generated automatically.
5. 5Download or email it. Send it to yourself, to the person you spoke with, or download it directly. Once that's done, we delete the text from our servers as well.

What we don't do

No ads, no tracking of the content of your conversations, no selling of data, no "we keep it for quality improvement". We use transcription and summarisation services that maintain a zero-data-retention policy themselves.
